Could these tips prevent the swine flu?? Might be worth a try....

These tips taken from the book "The Miracle Of Wild Oregano" by Dr. Ingram...

(please note: If you are pregnant do NOT follow these tips without checking with your physician and, in general, always consult a physician before beginning any health regimen)

Dr. Ingram says the real solution to fighting off germs...even killer germs...lies in the regular consumption of "antiseptic foods & herbs" in the diet.

Germ-killing foods and beverages include:

Raw LOCAL honey

Vinegar

Garlic

onions

Sage

Cilantro

Radishes

Turnips

Hot-tasting greens

Yogurt

Aromatic herbal teas

Oregano

"Because many of us shun spicy foods and prefer blander diets with no antiseptic power, we open ourselves to a variety of diseases, since SPICES are among the most potent biological substances which protect our bodies from infection.

"When one eats these foods or dishes prepared with them, they are actually killing pathogens and building their immune systems."

FLU TREATMENT PROTOCOL-

"The most powerful anti-viral medicines found in nature are extracted from spices," says Dr. Ingram. 'In tests, wild oregano oil extract, cinnamon extract oil and sage extracts used in combinations have destroyed both the Influenza-A virus and coronavirus." Dr. Ingram suggests anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms should do the following:

1. Take 5 or more drops of wild oregano oil under the tongue every 15 minutes or as often as possible

2. Rub the oil on lymphatic spots on feet, hands, upper chest

3. Rub the oil up and down the spinal column

4. (Check with doctor first...) For children, add the oil to raw local honey and take as needed

5. Supplement with blended spice oil capsules

"Doing the above can produce marked improvement with 1 to 2 hours, and often complete remission of symptoms in 24-48 hours," says Dr. Ingram.
